Ginger & Scallion Sauce

How To Use It

Ginger & scallion sauce is perfect on many rice & meat dishes. A few examples:
  • char siu (chinese bbq pork)
  • soy sauce chicken
  • chicken breast
  • plain rice (this really makes it delicious!!!)
Our favorite dish to pair with ginger scallion sauce is steamed yellow chicken!

Ingredients

1/2 cup ginger (minced)
1 cup scallion
1/2 tbs kosher salt
2 tbs neutral oil

Directions

1. In a saucepan, heat up the oil on a medium flame.
2. Add your ginger, scallion, and salt.
3. Fry for about 1 minute on a low-medium flame.
